My focus is on winning. Winning appeals (or other post conviction matters) is a challenge. Losing appeals is easy! Most criminal defense appeals lose every week. I am focusing on winning. My blog entries are geared toward ways in which appeals have been won or could be won. Of course I also blog on cases from the US or Ohio Supreme Courts, or cases from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

By the way, I handle my blog myself! Recently I got an offer to have a group update my blog for me. But that would defeat the purposes of my blog, in my opinion.

ABOUT ME

I have been licensed as an attorney and counselor at law in Ohio since 1997. Since 2003 I have limited my law practice to criminal defense. Mostly I do appeals and other post-conviction work, but I will also represent you in the trial court.

ABOUT WHY YOU SHOULD HIRE ME
