Ohio's Second District Court of Appeals reversed and vacated convictions for having a weapon
under disability and carrying a concealed weapon because the State failed to produce sufficient evidence to support the charges at trial. The defendant had been sentenced to six and a half years. Read the full decision by clicking here.
